Apple has announced that iOS 6 will finally be released in Australia and New Zealand starting March 26, 2018.iOS 6 is the first major release since iOS 7, which was released in December of 2015.
The update to iOS 6 brings the ability to set up custom keyboards, a new Notification Center, and new support for Touch ID.
It also brings support for the new iPad Pro, new Apple Watch Series 3, and support for new Apple Pay cards.
As we previously reported, Apple has also rolled out iOS 6 beta 2 for developers and will soon release iOS 6.2 beta 3, which will bring new features to the App Store and support new devices.iOS 5.1 and 5.2 were the last major releases to roll out to the general public in 2017.
This includes iOS 5.0.1, which is also known as the last update to the OS.iOS 7.0 was released on February 25, 2018, and is the last release for the platform.
The OS has been out for almost two years and is currently the fastest growing OS of any iOS device.
